Refund & Reading Policy
This policy covers personal readings and digital products sold by Delilah Moon.
Short version
Full refund if you cancel before I start your reading. Because every reading is made just for you, there are no refunds once work has begun or the reading is delivered. If I miss the delivery window, you get a full refund. Digital guides are non-refundable once downloaded, but I'll always fix a broken file. Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only. You must be 18 or older to order.
Refunds on personal readings
Every reading is custom work, so refunds depend on whether work has started.

To cancel, email Delilah@delilahmoon.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take [5–10] business days to show it.
Birth details, corrections and redos
Your reading is only as accurate as the birth details you give me, so please double-check them before ordering.
- Correction before I start: email me and I'll update your details at no charge.
- Correction after delivery: if you gave the wrong date, time or place, I can redo the reading for [50%] of the original price.
- My mistake: if I used details different from what you submitted, I'll redo the reading free.
- Unknown birth time: I'll read your Sun and Moon. Your Rising sign can't be determined without a birth time, and this isn't grounds for a refund.
Digital products
Guides, forecasts and other downloads can't be returned once you have them, so all sales are final.
- Broken or missing file: email me and I'll send a working copy.
- Bought the same product twice: I'll refund the duplicate.
- Bought the wrong sign's guide: email me within [7] days and I'll swap it for the right one.
What readings cover, and what they don't
Readings explore personality, patterns and themes to support self-reflection. They are not predictions and come with no guarantee of any outcome.
I don't give readings on:
- Health, illness, pregnancy or death
- Legal matters or court outcomes
- Financial, investment or gambling decisions
- Another person's private life without their consent
If your question touches one of these, I'll focus your reading elsewhere or offer a refund before I begin. Dissatisfaction with what a reading says is not grounds for a refund.
Privacy of your birth data
I use your birth details only to create your reading.
- I never sell or share your details.
- I won't post your chart or reading publicly without your written permission.
- Email Delilah@delilahmoon.com anytime to have your details and reading deleted from my records.
Age, disclaimer, disputes and contact
- Age: you must be 18 or older to purchase a reading or product.
- Disclaimer: all readings and products are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
- Disputes: please email me before filing a chargeback. Most issues are fixed within [2] business days. If a chargeback is filed, I'll share proof of your order, your agreement to this policy, and delivery with the payment provider.
- Changes: I may update this policy; the version in effect when you ordered applies to your order.
